Description of guild houses and camps

For a more active development of young guilds and the diversity of guild life in general, a system of guild possessions has been implemented.

Guild ownership is divided into 2 types - Mansion and Camp.
The mansion is an elite zone, the camp is simplified. Both zones include maintenance staff and the ability to call bosses. Access to guild zones is only possible for guild players who own this zone. Each Guild can rent one Mansion and can have one camp at the same time.

Guild mansion

To obtain a Mansion for use, Guild Master must contact the Auctioneer next to the guild registrars in Stormwind, Orgrimmar or Dalaran, and make a bid at the auction of the guild houses. The winner is determined at 10 pm every Friday. The sum of the bid and the list of participants the auctioneer keeps secret. If necessary, the rate can be charged. The guild leader who loses the bet can pick up right after the drawing of the next auction and make a bet on a new week.

The mansion is located on a separate map. Includes a large set of staff, the exchange of emblems, including the receipt of Triumph and Ice, access to the guild bank.
The leader of the Guild can call the main Boss - Guardian of the island, and arbitrarily call additional paid Bosses.

Main boss returns 23 hours after defeating him. By complexity it is designed for a group of 8-10 players from 3k GS. Drop includes:

  • Emblem of Frost
  • Ancient Saronite
  • Ice ball
  • Ice Treasure Bag
  • 3 items 232 levels separately for the Alliance and for the Horde
  • 25% chance of an additional drop 2 items level 251

  • Additional boss is also designed for a group of 10 players from 3k GS. Tt has a drop:
    • Emblem of Frost
    • 2 items 251 lvl
    • 25% chance of an additional drop 2 items level 251
The cost of summon an extra boss to a duel is 3000 gold.

    Guild Camp

Acquired by the leader of any guild for 1000 gold from the guild auctioneer in Stotrmgrad, Orgrimmar or in Dalaran. Tenure is perpetual. At any time, but not earlier than in a week of owning the Camp, the leader of the guild can sell the Camp back for 50% of its value and choose another camp to buy (in the development of new zones, objects and bosses)
The camp, unlike the Mansion, has only the most necessary facilities and personnel. Located away from normal gaming areas.
For the Guild leader there is an opportunity to call the main Boss of Camp. Additional paid bosses can be caused by both the Guild Leader and the officers.

    Free Guild Camp

It goes to the guild that caused the most total damage to the "Money Tree" boss, which appears at 10 pm every Friday near Dalaran. The rest of the players will get a consolation prize - a certain amount of gold through the mail, depending on the damage done to the Tree. If the winning guild already has a camp at the moment of defeating the Money Tree, the camp will change and 50% of the cost of the previous camp will be returned to the guild treasury.

The term of possession is until next Friday, 9:59 pm. At any time, the guild leader can sell the Camp for 500 gold and choose another camp to buy.
The camp has only the most necessary facilities and personnel. Located away from the usual gaming areas.
